Shri Jaiprakash Gaur ji has resigned as Director due to personal reasons w.e.f. 1st February 2026.

Dr. Yajulu Medury has resigned from the office of the Director of the Company due to his personal reasons w.e.f. 30th April 2014, and was appointed as an Independent Director on the Board of the Company w.e.f. 23rd August 2024 for a period of 5 years.

Shri R.K. Singh resigned as Director/ Chairman due to his personal reasons w.e.f. 1st April 2023.

Shri Sunil Joshi, Director of the Company has expired on 18th March 2020.

Shri P.N. Kumar has resigned from the office of the Director of the Company due to his personal reasons w.e.f. 17th April 2017.
